Discuss and Agree:
It couldn't be easier to work with us and the first steps are outlined below:
We arrange to meet, discuss your requirements and work out an initial plan for your house or apartment fit-out, and an initial cost estimate. Our First Consultation is FREE.
Within 2-3 days we come back to you with a more detailed plan and detailed costings.

We then discuss and agree any further changes and produce a final plan.
We sign the contract for the completion of the work, (which includes, sample designs, delivery dates, payment Schedule, future meetings etc. ).
Plan and Commence:
We will meet and manage all contractors, arranging any decoration work and measuring for supply and fit of items such as flooring, blinds/curtains, bathroom fittings, etc.
Select furnishings, arrange delivery and complete any flat-pack assembly as required.
Purchase kitchen appliances (if reqd.) and arrange to meet retailers and contractors at property for delivery and installation.
Select and fit accessories and finishing touches, such as light fittings, shades and lamps, curtains and blinds, framed prints and focal pieces.

Talking to local letting agents re what type of client is best for your property given the demographics and demands of the area.
Getting familiar with the required documentation such as letting contracts, content inventory and maintenance agreements.
We offer general advice on what type and spec (quality) of furnishings to have in your property to suit tenants demands in the area. Advise on suitable room layouts, best products for minimum wear and tear to protect your investment.
We also offer advice on the role of landlords (if you are new to it) including financial aspects such as maintenance costs, letting agents fees and ensuring your investment 'washes its face' as a minimum.
