The husband and wife team of Joe and Eileen Mooney have been involved in the property business for the last 8 years. As investors they realised how important it was to get up and running quickly once you purchase an investment property. The speed and efficiency of the fit-out proved to be a critical factor in ensuring that no time was lost getting tenants in and covering your costs. So realising that they were very good at doing these fit-outs for themselves, they decided to offer their skills to the wider market, and JEMoon Property Services was born.

Before going full time into the property business, Joe worked for 23 yrs in IT, the last 15 for major corporations such as Intel & Cisco Systems. His experience at director level at both these companies gave him the knowledge expertise and confidence to be able to jettison from the comfort of the senior 'employee' position, to the more riskier, more challenging world of the SME. Lunacy I know, but his passion and desire to succeed in the property business drives him on.

Eileen is the designer within the team and her natural ability and flair for delivering highly practical and innovative solutions is key. Her background in the retail sector gives her the skills needed to know what to buy, where to buy it and at the best price.
